Associate Consultant Job Profile
At The Bard Group, we have a commitment to developing the skills of our Associate Consultants. Associates work on multiple consulting engagements, and support the engagement teams in developing written reports, presentation documents, and meeting materials. Associates coordinate engagement logistics, including scheduling meetings and travel for the team. They conduct surveys and research, produce presentations, reports, memos, letters, forms, and proposals, transcribe meeting minutes, conference calls, and flip charts, and maintain our archiving and knowledge management processes.
Associates should have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare or business-related area, and a strong interest in management or consulting as a career.
