Our Consultants work on multiple client engagements, under the guidance of a Senior Consultant and working with other consultants, operations, and administrative staff. They develop detailed written reports, presentation documents, and meeting materials. Their work involves gathering information on client issues through journal and document research and interviews, as well as analyzing the data and identifying its implications. They may also manage engagements, tracking project activities, monitoring project budgets, identifying issues, facilitating in-firm project team meetings, and performing related tasks. 

Consultants come to us with graduate degrees in management, health services administration, communications, organizational development, or another relevant discipline; and have a minimum of two years consulting or project-based experience and four years of healthcare industry experience.
