Senior Consultant Job Profile
Our Senior Consultants design, lead, and are responsible for the success of client engagements. Selected for their healthcare industry experience and their analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking and communication skills, Senior Consultants lead and facilitate meetings, develop and nurture relationships within client organizations, and communicate strategies and findings in writing and slide presentations. They work with other consultants, operations, and administrative staff, and part of their role is to assist in the professional development of junior staff. Their engagement responsibilities include planning, budgeting, resource management, tracking issues, and maintaining status reports.
They also develop business, identifying follow-on possibilities and supporting sales and marketing activities.
All our Senior Consultants are required to hold graduate degrees – most are in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a clinical discipline. They also possess:
- At least six years of consulting or project-based experience
- At least ten years healthcare industry experience
- Hospital management experience
