Daniel DiPlacido

Daniel DiPlacido is responsible for all corporate strategy, administration, operations, and financial affairs at The Bard Group, and provides management oversight for consulting engagements, staffing, information technology, and knowledge management.

Under this broad mandate, Mr. DiPlacido has put systems and methodology in place for resource forecasting, scheduling, and allocation; and has established models for consulting engagements, including contract design, process flow, and evaluation metrics and procedures.

Mr. DiPlacido has over fifteen years of consulting experience performing business development, engagement management, practice leadership, and consulting operations. He also has extensive experience in developing methodologies and tools for selling and delivering consulting services. In his previous position, he served as the primary resource for business process modeling, design, and re-engineering for large-scale global change.

Earlier in his career, Mr. DiPlacido helped to found a cross-industry consulting group, which established the company’s capacity to provide system integration consulting services to five major industry groups. In that role he directed business development activities, engagement management, and product development.
