R. Todd Hoisington

Todd Hoisington brings sixteen years of management experience in health care settings to his consulting work. He has held leadership positions in major academic medical centers, private physician practice, and large academic tertiary care hospitals using skills in new program and business development, strategic planning, financial analysis, process re-design, financial turnaround, and physician-staff relationships.

Prior to joining The Bard Group, Mr. Hoisington was Deputy Administrator and Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. There, he led a team responsible for a significant financial turnaround, including the submission of the first breakeven budget for the department. Mr. Hoisington also led the university-wide revenue enhancement operations group, which consisted of the 7 largest departments for the School.

Mr. Hoisington’s clients include Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, Main Line HealthCare and Main Line Health.
