David C. Harlow, JD, MPH

David Harlow counsels clients as they navigate the regulatory, policy, and business issues unique to health care, assisting them in structuring their business organizations, relationships, and processes.

Prior to coming to The Bard Group, Mr. Harlow practiced law for ten years at Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP, where he was a healthcare partner. He has also served as Deputy General Counsel of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. His public and private sector experience gives him a unique perspective in working with clients in a heavily regulated industry.
