Molly R. Gilbert

In her role as Associate, Molly Gilbert, serves as a liaison with clients in healthcare organizations for planning events including workshops, retreats, and group consulting sessions. As a part of the work for these events, She provides background and ongoing research for engagements. She also creates communication materials, including client reports, presentations, and proposals, and designs and conducts assessment surveys for client engagements.

Ms. Gilbert helps coordinate The Bard Group’s marketing program, working with outside marketing services vendors, setting project timetables, and participating in strategic decisions. She has helped develop marketing strategies and communications programs for a variety of clients, such as Bryn Mawr Hospital, conducted market research, written press releases and announcements, and created and maintained a database of media contacts. 

Her clients include Trinity Health, Massachusetts General Hospital, Main Line Health, and Mount Carmel Health System.
