Lisa Bard Levine, MD, MBA

Dr. Lisa Bard Levine works with leading US medical centers on physician-hospital alignment and service line development. She has extensive experience with financial, operational, and strategic healthcare redesign projects.

Throughout her training, Dr. Levine has pursued her passion for healthcare management with academic and practical training in both medicine and business, culminating in a joint MD/MBA degree.

Prior to the Bard Group, Dr. Levine practiced at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, where she led revenue enhancement initiatives for the 30 faculty physician practice departments, staffed an international search committee for the new chair of Cardiothoracic Surgery, developed electronic and Web-based financial reporting models, and analyzed expansion opportunities for the institution. As a consultant at CSC Healthcare (formerly APM), she engaged in operational redesign and clinical efficiency projects for academic medical centers, and developed protocols to standardize patient care.
