Scott Speicher, MSF

Scott Speicher is responsible for The Bard Group’s fiscal environment, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, revenue recognition, month-end close process, reconciliation, and all reporting functions. He is also responsible for the company’s computer networks, software, telephony, wireless, and technology vendors. He manages the ongoing project of business process improvement, integrating business workflows into the current and future software environments, and is a member of The Bard Group’s advisory board with respect to company strategic issues. On consulting engagements, Mr. Speicher provides statistical analysis and mapping of client data. 

Mr. Speicher brings to The Bard Group extensive experience in both technology and finance. As a financial and operations principal at Blackwatch Brokerage, he managed and executed a project to move spreadsheet-based financials to the Epicor eBack Office application, designed all report formats and a Chart of Accounts to meet the company’s business reporting needs. While serving as strategic partner manager, he managed strategic partnerships in business development, business workflow analysis, product integration, project management, client services, and database administration.
