Leadershift®

Although we think of change in terms of organizations, for a health care organization, change means changing the actions of all the people it comprises.  System-wide initiatives require detailed planning at every level, and leadership that truly walks the talk.

The Bard Group’s LeaderShift® is an implementation planning program with strong components of leadership development. 

LeaderShift® provides a process for managing the critical step between redesign and implementation.  It enlists key managers –physician, nursing, and executive – in mapping the details through which change will take place, and gives those leaders tools and training to manage resistance to change and redirect the energy of opposition.

Most LeaderShift® engagements also include one-on-one coaching and specific, just-in-time mentoring and review for critical communications and events.
